Bre Stuhlmuller

Bre is a California native and grew up in the Bay Area. She worked her way down the coast, first getting her Bachelors in both Psychology and Communication from UC Santa Barbara, and then getting her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. After being introduced to women’s health/pelvic floor PT, she quickly realized how beneficial and necessary this line of work was and decided this was the specialty she wanted to pursue. She is passionate about educating women about their bodies, especially since women are done such a disservice in this area both in the educational and medical systems. After experiencing the journey into motherhood herself (including her own pelvic floor dysfunction), she has a special interest in the pregnancy/postpartum population and believes physical therapy should be the standard of care throughout the peripartum years.

Bre ensures her patients understand the purpose behind the therapy they are receiving so they feel empowered to take an active role in their health/healing. Since she is a mama herself, she is very mindful that time is precious/limited and aims to create a plan that her patients can easily integrate into their daily lives. She also takes a holistic approach to treating her patients and often incorporates general wellness practices into her plan of care.

Bre loves being a mama and spends the time when she’s not working with her two sweet girls. She enjoys moving her body through strength training and chasing after/going on walks with her girls (exercise looks a little different after becoming a mama!). She also loves traveling and eating delicious food with her husband, and playing with their dog, Mila.

LANDER CHIROPRACTIC
Dr. Anastasia Lander

Dr. Anastasia Lander is a chiropractor, nervous system-focused wellness educator, and co-creator of spaces where mothers feel deeply seen, supported, and not alone.

Before stepping into the world of healthcare, she built a successful career in finance on Wall Street in New York City. But after the events of September 11th reshaped her perspective on life, connection, and purpose, she felt called toward a path rooted in healing, presence, and human connection.

She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences and has since dedicated her work to helping individuals regulate their nervous systems, restore balance, and build lasting health from the inside out.

As co-founder of Lander Chiropractic and Lander Wellness Village in Orange County, Dr. Anastasia leads a collaborative, heart-centered team focused on prenatal, postpartum, pediatric, and whole-family care. Her work is especially devoted to mothers in the postpartum season — a time that is often unseen, unsupported, and misunderstood.

Through both her clinical care and her role in Co-MOM-ity, she creates spaces where women can exhale…
where the pressure to “have it all together” softens…
and where the transition into motherhood is honored as the profound identity shift it truly is.

Dr. Anastasia continues advanced training in perinatal and pediatric chiropractic and works closely with a network of trusted providers to support families in a more connected, holistic way.

Outside the office, she treasures time with her grandchildren, Logan, Leilani, and Jalonie — her daily reminder of why this work matters. Her mission is simple, but powerful: to help create a generation of regulated, supported families… starting with the mother.

Dr. Hailey Danko

Dr. Hailey Danko is a chiropractor with a heart for families and a deep passion for supporting mothers and babies through every stage of development.

Her journey into chiropractic began not in a classroom, but as a patient. After experiencing firsthand the impact of consistent, nervous system-focused care, she felt called to help others experience that same transformation — especially during the most vulnerable and life-changing seasons.

Dr. Hailey earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences, graduating as valedictorian of her class. But what truly sets her apart is the way she blends clinical excellence with genuine connection, creating a space where patients feel safe, understood, and supported.

Her work focuses on prenatal and postpartum care, pediatrics, and whole-family wellness. She is especially passionate about helping mothers feel confident in their bodies, supported in their healing, and connected to their babies in a deeper, more intuitive way.

Within Co-MOM-ity, Dr. Hailey brings a calming, grounding presence — helping moms better understand their baby’s development, their own recovery, and how the nervous system plays a role in both. She believes that when a mother feels supported, the entire family benefits.

Outside the office, you’ll find her near the ocean, traveling, baking sourdough, or spending time with the people she loves — always finding joy in the simple, meaningful moments.

Dr. Courtney Dean

Dr. Courtney Dean is a chiropractor dedicated to helping families move, heal, and thrive through every stage of life — with a special passion for supporting mothers, babies, and growing families.

Her path into chiropractic began through her own experience as a competitive dancer, where care played a pivotal role in injury recovery, performance, and body awareness. That firsthand understanding of the body’s resilience and adaptability continues to shape her approach to patient care today.

Dr. Courtney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Biola University and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences. Through extensive clinical training in prenatal, pediatric, and family wellness care, she has developed a strong foundation in supporting the nervous system during some of life’s most important transitions.

Her approach is both gentle and intentional — rooted in the belief that when the nervous system is supported, the body has the capacity to regulate, adapt, and heal. She works closely with expecting mothers, infants, and families to create care plans that build confidence, improve function, and support long-term well-being.

Within Co-MOM-ity, Dr. Courtney brings a grounded, reassuring presence — helping mothers better understand their bodies, their babies, and the changes that come with this new season of life. She creates space for questions, education, and support in a way that feels both empowering and approachable.

Known for her warmth, positivity, and ability to connect, Dr. Courtney is passionate about creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and truly seen.

Outside the office, she enjoys exploring Disneyland, trying new boba tea spots, and spending time with her pups, Buzz & Rex..
